The 8th of March is a day to celebrate women's achievements and to raise awareness of the need to take action for gender equality. Click on the photo below to listen to a talk presented at an official TED conference in which Michael Kimmer makes the surprising, funny, practical case for treating men and women equally in the workplace and at home. As he says, it's not a zero-sum game, but a win-win that will result in more opportunities and more happiness for everybody.
